REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Integrate One LLC (“Integrate One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://integrateoneus.com/.
Integrate One provides professional and digital services, including business consulting, startup development, AI integration, workflow automation, operational optimization, technology implementation, and executive advisory services.
We do not sell or ship physical products. Our services may include consulting sessions, customized strategies, software configurations, AI-powered workflows, technical implementations, digital documentation, training, and other project-related deliverables.
This policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations, refunds, and adjustments may be available.
2. Service Payments
Payment terms are established in the applicable proposal, invoice, order, statement of work, or service agreement.
Depending on the engagement, payments may include:
Initial deposits or project initiation fees.
Fees for consulting sessions, audits, or strategic planning.
Milestone-based project payments.
Fees for custom development, AI integration, and workflow automation.
Ongoing support or recurring service fees, if offered.
Approved third-party software, API, licensing, or other project expenses.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the payment terms disclosed before the transaction or established in your signed agreement.
3. General Refund Policy
Because our services may involve customized work, professional time, technical implementation, and project-specific resources, refunds are evaluated based on the work performed, the terms of the applicable agreement, and applicable law.
Unless a separate written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise:
Fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable.
Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent they cover work already performed, project preparation, committed resources, or other disclosed and legally permissible costs.
Payments for work not yet performed may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the applicable agreement and any permitted deductions.
Payments for completed project milestones are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreement.
Non-cancellable third-party expenses may be excluded from a refund when they were disclosed, authorized, incurred for the client, and are not recoverable.
We will assess each request fairly and in accordance with the applicable agreement and relevant consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy excludes refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before we begin providing the contracted services, you may be eligible for a refund of payments made for services that have not been performed.
Any refund may be reduced by disclosed, legally permissible, non-recoverable expenses or other amounts properly payable under your agreement.
To request cancellation, contact us at info@integrateoneus.com and include your name, payment reference, and a description of the service you wish to cancel.
Cancellation is not effective until we acknowledge your request or as otherwise provided in your agreement or applicable law.
5. Cancellation After Work Begins
If work has already started, any refund will generally be determined based on:
The services completed before cancellation.
The project milestones achieved.
The time and resources reasonably committed to the engagement.
Customized work, technical development, or deliverables already produced.
Authorized, non-recoverable third-party costs.
The cancellation terms in the applicable service agreement.
You may be responsible for fees attributable to work performed through the effective cancellation date and other amounts properly payable under your agreement.
If you have prepaid for services that have not been performed, the unused portion may be refunded after accounting for applicable contractual obligations and lawful deductions.
6. Refunds for Digital and Customized Services
Our services may involve custom AI workflows, integrations, software configurations, automation systems, consulting reports, technical documentation, or other digital deliverables.
These services are customized to individual business requirements and may require substantial work before a deliverable is presented.
Accordingly, once a service has been performed or a contracted milestone has been completed and delivered, the corresponding fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or provided under the applicable agreement.
The fact that a deliverable is digital does not, by itself, eliminate any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Service Dissatisfaction and Technical Issues
If you believe a service does not meet the agreed scope, specifications, or contractual requirements, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable agreement, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:
Clarification or additional guidance regarding the delivered work.
Correction of an identified issue within the agreed scope.
Reasonable adjustments or re-performance of affected services.
A partial or full refund where appropriate or legally required.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed because a service does not produce a particular business outcome, revenue increase, efficiency improvement, or return on investment.
However, this provision does not limit any remedies available where we fail to provide the services as agreed or where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
8. Project Delays and Termination
Project timelines may depend on client approvals, access to systems, availability of information, third-party platforms, and other factors identified in the applicable agreement.
If a project is delayed or cannot proceed, we will review the circumstances and communicate with the client about available next steps.
If Integrate One terminates a project without cause and is not entitled to retain the full prepaid amount under the applicable agreement, we will refund any prepaid fees attributable to services not performed, subject to lawful deductions and contractual obligations.
If a project is terminated because of a client's failure to provide required information, access, approvals, or payments, refunds will be determined under the applicable agreement and this policy.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Recurring Services and Subscriptions
If Integrate One offers recurring services, maintenance plans, or subscriptions, the applicable billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless the applicable agreement or law provides otherwise:
You may request cancellation of a recurring service by contacting us through the designated communication channel.
Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun, except where a refund is required by law or provided under the applicable agreement.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
If a recurring service is discontinued by Integrate One, any refund for prepaid unused services will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
10. Third-Party Software, APIs, and Licenses
Some projects may depend on third-party platforms, AI providers, software licenses, cloud services, APIs, or other external technologies.
Third-party fees may be governed by separate terms and refund policies.
Where such costs are paid directly by the client, the client is responsible for reviewing the relevant provider's terms.
Where Integrate One incurs third-party expenses on the client's behalf, any refund will depend on whether the expense is recoverable, the applicable agreement, and relevant law.
Integrate One cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a refund, credit, cancellation, or reimbursement.
11. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us using the details below.

Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name and business name, if applicable.
The service or project purchased.
The date of purchase or payment.
The invoice number or transaction reference, if available.
The reason for the refund or cancellation request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and evaluate the request.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five business days and provide a decision or an update as soon as reasonably practicable. This is a service target, not a limitation on any response deadlines imposed by law.
12. Approved Refunds and Processing Times
If a refund is approved, we will generally issue it to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, and payment method. After the refund is issued, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative, subject to verification and applicable law.
We cannot guarantee the exact date on which a bank or payment provider will post the refund.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the payment and attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy requires you to waive your rights to dispute a charge through your payment provider or financial institution.
We reserve the right to provide relevant invoices, agreements, service records, and communications when responding to a legitimate payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
14. Exceptions and Applicable Law
This policy is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including any mandatory consumer protection requirements that apply to a transaction.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
Any additional refund or cancellation terms in a signed service agreement, proposal, or order will apply to the extent they are consistent with applicable law.
15. Changes to This Policy
Integrate One LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, payment practices, or legal obligations.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.
We encourage clients to review this policy before purchasing services.
